1. You Start the Spark

2. We Reach Out
Once we get your request, we’ll pop into your inbox to schedule a quick chat about:

• Your theme or event

• Your ideas, must-haves, and wildest dreams

• The look, feel, and vibe you're going for

3. We Sketch It Out
We’ll create 3 visual draft options for you to review and choose from.

• Need tweaks? We got you.

• Extra drafts beyond the first 3? Just $25 each.

4. You Give the Green Light
Once you’re happy and say “yes, this is it!”, we’ll:

• Confirm all details with you

• Send over an invoice - payment is due within 10 business days

5. We Bring It to Life
After payment clears, we fire up the laser and get to work!

• Custom projects usually ship in 2 - 3 weeks after final approval

• In-stock store items with added personalization? Shipped within 24 - 48 hours
